This position will consist of floating between 3 offices.  Experienced Nurse Practitioners are encourage to apply.
The  Nurse Practitioner will provide consultation, diagnosis and treatment to patients seeking primary health care services at the health centers. Refer patients to medical specialists for consultation services when necessary for patients’ well being; provide prenatal care to pregnant women, and provides post-natal care to mothers and infants; emphasizes promotion of health by advising patients about diet, hygiene, and methods for disease prevention. Documents patient visits via Electronic Health Records.
