• Full-time position – 36 patient contact hours each week; flexible scheduling available
• No call responsibilities
• Competitive salary guarantee $140,000 - $145,000 with comprehensive benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision and malpractice insurance, CME budget/time, 4 weeks of PTO, 401(K) with match and profit sharing
