PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT OR NURSE PRACTITIONER FOR URGENT CARE located in the scenic Willamette Valley             

• Full-time = 17 shifts per month
• Guarantee salary position depending on shifts worked
• Clinic is open 7 days a week; closed Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Clinic hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Combination of scheduled and walk in visits.
• No hospital privileges required; patients referred to the hospital are admitted by our on-call providers.

• Adults – 50 %, Geriatric 25%, Peds – 25%
