Position Description
A great opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to become part of a primary care practice in beautiful SE Vermont, 30 minutes west of Keene, NH.
- Must be Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Open to FNP's, AGNP's, and ANP's
- Outpatient Primary Care setting
- Schedule: M-F; 8-5 pm
- Call is 1:11, phone call only.
- Open to providers seeing all ages, or 18+
- Provider will work independently within a collaborative practice.
- Will consider new graduates with relevant RN backgrounds.
- Hospital-employed.
