Position Description
Long Term Locums - Part Time schedule - outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinic opportunity to go between clinics within the Elgin, and McHenry areas of Illinois.
- Certified PMHNP with experience required
- Must be able to work without collaborative physician agreement
- Need to start quickly and is ongoing long term
- Must reside within 30-40 min of McHenry, IL ideally
- 24 hours a week - 3 days a week - 8:30-4:30 Mon/Thurs and 10a-6:30p Thurs
- Must have independent IL license, DEA, and be actively enrolled in Illinois Medicaid
- Will see ages 12+
- Must be comfortable working with Diverse patient panel, Mental Health Disabilities, managing Addictions, and Technology EMR and Virtual web based software
- Local driving candidates only
- Starting hourly rate at $80/hr pending experience and malpractice covered
